KEY FEATURES

At the heart of the project lies a robust 48,000 square foot pre-engineered steel building designed to accommodate agricultural sales, parts, and service operations. Mirroring the design philosophy of the Dickinson facility, this structure boasts 7,000 square feet of concrete mezzanines, a 21,000 square foot service shop, and a 4,500 square foot truck and equipment wash bay. Notable features include four overhead cranes and a centralized oil and air distribution system, underscoring the facility’s commitment to efficiency and productivity.

INFRASTRUCTURE & SITE IMPROVEMENTS

To support the facility’s diverse needs, extensive infrastructure and utility systems are being integrated. Wet utilities involve extensions of the City of Bowman’s Water and Sanitary Sewer Systems, ensuring reliable water supply and waste management. Notably, an onsite sanitary lift station addresses the challenge posed by the city’s shallow sanitary sewer system, providing efficient waste evacuation.
