OUR APPROACH
Construction management may be a newer concept in parts of the Midwest, but the need behind it isn’t. Owners have always relied on someone to organize, coordinate, and keep projects moving forward.
Today, that role looks different.
Rather than separating construction management and general contracting, AE-CM brings them together. Our team provides both the planning and the hands-on execution needed to move a project from concept to completion—without unnecessary layers or handoffs.

Our carpenters, fabricators, and construction superintendents bring years of experience in the field, allowing us to stay connected to the work—not just manage it.

THE CM TEAM

Tim Keller holds nearly 30 years of construction industry experience under his belt. He's crazy with a calculator and his cool, calm, and collected personality is a plus when working with various stakeholders. We heard he goes through 10 erasers a day, but we can only confirm by the carnage left over on his desk.

Kyle Mickelson is a 26 year veteran of commercial, residential, retail and multi-family builds. Buckle up when he's on-site, as his keen eye for detail serves as our superior site safety and quality control cowboy. This guy's got chops, and we're not just talking about that mustache!
